Ben Levi Spoke on ITC Section 337 Investigations at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law

Ben Levi spoke at the ITC Trial Lawyers Association Introduction to Section 337 Investigations at the USITC on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.  Mr. Levi’s program, “ITC Section 337 Practice Pointers” addressed strategic considerations and practice tips when litigating and trying Section 337 actions.  The event also included a panel discussion with Chief Administrative Law Judge Charles E. Bullock who offered insights into the latest developments in Section 337 at the ITC and the Federal Circuit.
