Overview

Rett Snotherly has spent his entire legal career working on high stakes litigation. Before forming Levi Snotherly & Schaumberg, Rett guided legal strategy for Samsung’s ITC investigations, where he served as the company’s Senior Counsel & Director for over 5 years. Rett prevailed before the ALJ and Commission in every one of his cases that proceeded to a decision. Rett’s practice is focused on the ITC, but he also has significant experience handling patent infringement cases before federal district courts.

Rett spent eleven years (2001-2012) as a Senior Investigative Attorney at the ITC’s Office of Unfair Import Investigations where he was lead counsel in 36 investigations, including first-chairing 13 trials. He had a long track record of success and was responsible for the most demanding and high profile cases. Rett is one of a handful of ITC attorneys who has litigated every variety of 337 proceeding to trial (including enforcement, advisory opinion, TRO, and bond forfeiture).
