Rett Snotherly has spent his entire legal career working on high stakes litigation. Before forming Levi Snotherly & Schaumberg, Rett guided legal strategy in ITC investigations for a large Asian conglomerate, where he served as Senior Counsel & Director for over 5 years. Rett prevailed before the ALJ and Commission in every one of his cases that proceeded to a decision. Rett’s practice is focused on the ITC, but he also has significant experience handling patent infringement cases before federal district courts.

Tom Schaumberg

Principal

Tom M. Schaumberg has litigated Section 337 unfair competition cases for over 40 years before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He uses his experience as well as his international, antitrust, business, and administrative law background to counsel domestic and foreign clients on litigation strategy, licensing, trade policy, intellectual property, and international arbitration. Prior to joining Levi Snotherly & Schaumberg, Tom spent 31 years at a respected, boutique international trade firm.
